Milwaukee, WIPosted Jan 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with an HR call where they walked me through what to expect, confirmed my availability, and set up a meeting invite with a non-technical recruiter.

After that, I got a link to complete questions ahead of the interview. I remember realizing quickly this wasn’t a technical assessment at all: I had to read a paragraph about the company and turn it into simple, easy-to-understand bullet points.

Then the pre-interview steps got even heavier. I had to complete two additional assessments that felt like personality/testing-style questions, and after that there were roughly 50 sales-related questions. By the time I finished, I was honestly wiped out, especially because I’m a technical person and the whole setup didn’t feel connected to the role.
