Pleasant Prairie, WIPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My week started with a short 15-minute call, then I was scheduled to spend a day at headquarters where they walked me through Uline’s history and work life.

It felt like they were setting context as much as they were evaluating me.

The rest of the day was essentially interview sprint mode: I did four back-to-back 30-minute interviews to close things out. By the time it ended, I was mentally tired from the rapid sequence and constant reset between conversations.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, the most distinct part of the experience was how much of the day was devoted to immersion and how quickly the interviews came in after that.
