Pleasant Prairie, WIPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The first part of the process was packed with online tests, including things like MS Access and Excel.

After sitting with those, I went into a set of in-person interviews—four onsite interviews in total.

What stood out most was that the process felt fair in structure, but it was also very tedious. Each step seemed to add more time and more assessment activity before getting to the actual conversations.

Even though the difficulty was marked as average, the overall experience was about endurance more than technical depth. I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that the length and repetition of the process can wear people down even when the criteria seem straightforward.
