Uline Software Engineer interview experience

The conversation was straightforward—just enough to get a read on how I thought and what I’d done.

After that, I was invited to an in-person all-day event on campus. That day turned out to be the moment where I got an offer. Since the screening had been behavioral, the overall experience felt like a smooth transition from quick alignment to a fuller campus-style interview.

I accepted another offer too, so the process ended positively for me even though the interview steps weren’t described as heavily technical. The whole thing felt light and efficient compared to many longer pipelines.
