The process began with an HR pre-screen.

That call was focused on my experience, why I was looking for a change, and similar background details.

After that, I had two technical stages. The first technical interview was about 45 minutes, and then there was a techno-managerial round that lasted around an hour. Overall, the difficulty felt average, and the structure made it clear they were evaluating both hands-on thinking and how I might work in a more leadership-adjacent way.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience felt organized, with distinct stages rather than everything blending together.
