My early steps felt basic: after applying and being shortlisted, I had an HR call where they said they’d update me at every step, and the process moved through screening into technical and then into a technical managerial round, plus an HR wrap-up.

The HR part itself felt humble and supportive.

But the overall interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer didn’t seem interested in listening to my answers, and I felt shut down rather than engaged. It was especially strange because the interviewer came from a testing panel, yet the conversation was for a developer interview. I ended up not receiving an offer, and the lack of genuine engagement from the interviewer left me feeling like the process wasn’t aligned with what it claimed to evaluate.
