My interview path for UKG started with a HackerRank coding round that had two questions.

After that, I went through two technical interview rounds, then a hiring manager round that felt simpler.

The final step was an HR round for selection. Overall, the progression felt like a typical pipeline from coding to deeper technical discussion and then to fit-focused conversations.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself was coherent and easy to follow—each stage had a clear purpose, and the hiring manager discussion didn’t feel as intense as the earlier technical parts.
