UKG QA Automation Engineer interview experience

The recruiter contact came through via a call, and scheduling happened quickly—the interview was set for the next day. What made it feel unusual was how directly everything depended on feedback from that single round.

After the technical interview, I was rejected, and the whole sequence was over fast. There wasn’t much of a multi-step journey to absorb; it was basically one shot, then a decision. The difficulty felt average, but the lack of extra rounds made it feel abrupt, and I left wondering how much I could have done differently with more time or additional stages.
