UKG Software Engineer interview experience

Miami, FLPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an easy total of two interviews.

The first part was a standard behavioral conversation, and then the second part was a technical question that looked like LeetCode-style programming.

The technical portion was described as easy, and the whole thing felt manageable. Because it was only two pieces, the process didn’t drag, and it didn’t feel overly complex. I didn’t get an offer afterward, but the interview itself stayed within a comfortable difficulty range.
