My interview was framed around attitude and a drive to learn.

The questions weren’t described as a one-size-fits-all template, but in my case the conversation started with application-related prompts, and then it shifted into how I thought and how I approached new things.

The overall difficulty was marked as average, and the biggest theme wasn’t just what I knew—it was whether I seemed motivated to grow. I didn’t receive an offer, and the way the interview was positioned made it feel less like I’d failed a specific technical test and more like they were comparing fit and mindset across the pool.
