My interview experience felt pretty positive and the interviewers were genuinely nice.

Even so, the whole thing took a bit to get through end to end.

The structure I saw was three steps, with the last one being a live coding challenge. I didn’t just do it solo either—I was paired with two engineers during that final live coding portion, and it was clear they were watching how I approached problems in real time, not just whether I arrived at the right answer. Overall it felt like a fair process, just a longer one than I expected.
