UKG Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Medium

Positive

Kelowna, BCPosted Mar 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

It took about three weeks from start to finish, which felt reasonable and not rushed.

The whole experience was positive—everything was set up so I felt comfortable during the interviews.

I went through first an HR behavioral conversation, followed by a second interview that included the hiring manager and two developers. The difficulty was average, and it felt like a layered evaluation: HR to understand me, then deeper technical discussion with people closer to the work.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process pace and the friendly environment left me with a good impression. It was one of those setups where you can tell they want you to perform, not just survive.
