UKG Software Engineer interview experience

It started with a recruiter interview, then moved to a hiring manager interview, and finally included a discussion with two staff or lead-level engineers.

Across those conversations, the tone stayed confident and constructive. The questions stayed at a level where it felt like they were trying to understand my background clearly rather than running an overly complex gauntlet.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I left with a good overall impression of how the process was run and how the conversations were handled.
