Atlanta, GAPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process didn’t feel organized to me.

I started with a typical phone screening, then took an online exam. After the exam, I joined a Zoom interview with four people.

The job description listed a lot of skills, including things like Java, CI/CD, and infrastructure, but during the interview they mainly asked about my Python experience. After that call, the follow-up just never came—I was ghosted, and it left me with a very unfinished feeling about the whole process.
