UKG Software Engineer interview experience

That screen was mostly multiple-choice questions, and it felt pretty constrained compared to the later conversations—just enough to filter people quickly.

After that, the actual interview part was described as simple and offline. I went through two technical rounds followed by one HR round. The overall difficulty felt average, and the process moved in a straightforward way from screening to conversations, without any huge surprises. I didn’t receive an offer, and the whole thing ended with a “not selected” outcome that matched the competitive filtering right from the assessment.
