The process I went through felt wild compared to what I expected.

The group interview caught me off guard: I had to do a presentation with people I didn’t know, and I had to do it under pressure.

What made it especially uncomfortable was that afterward I also had to give feedback on other candidates. It really put someone on the spot in a way that I wasn’t prepared for, because it wasn’t just about presenting—it was also about evaluating and responding in real time.

Overall, it landed in the difficult category for me. I didn’t receive an offer, and I mostly remember the stress of being pulled into unfamiliar formats quickly.
