Weston, FLPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a smooth, online interview process that was broken into two rounds: behavioral and technical.

Most of the questions were resume-based, so it didn’t feel like I had to guess what they were looking for ahead of time.

The interviewers seemed more interested in learning about my experiences than trying to test narrow trivia. The overall difficulty was easy, and the vibe matched that—it was approachable and clearly structured. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I felt like the process genuinely focused on understanding my background instead of trying to make it overly difficult.
