After a recruiter call, I went into an in-person technical interview that was split into two parts: time with the hiring manager and time with developers from the software engineering team.

Each part was about an hour, and both rounds included behavioral questions plus discussion of past projects and experiences.

The developers also had live coding problems, so it wasn’t only about talking—it was about showing how I solved problems in real time. Overall it felt more demanding than a purely conversational screen because I had to switch between explaining and coding under the same larger umbrella. I didn’t receive an offer, and the hardest part for me was balancing behavioral storytelling with the pressure of live coding.
