UKG Software Engineer interview experience

The HR person was friendly, and since it was the first interview step, the questions were basic and straightforward. It barely touched technical depth—maybe only a couple technical questions showed up.

Difficulty was easy and the conversation didn’t feel stressful. Still, I didn’t receive an offer, and because the round was so light, I didn’t feel like I’d had much opportunity to prove technical depth anyway.
