I had a pretty discouraging early experience with UKG.

I received three phone screening requests, but the first one went nowhere after I replied with my availability. Eventually, I did get sent through assessments.

After two separate phone screenings, they gave me two online assessments. Each OA included two medium, LeetCode-style questions plus an additional Git-related question. After completing everything, I even got a call saying I passed the OA, but then the recruiter went silent again.

This one didn’t progress to interviews beyond the assessments, so I didn’t get an offer. What stood out most was the repeated stop-start
