Atlanta, GAPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview so far was mainly a technical assessment, and it included a discussion with a hiring manager too.

That part felt genuinely positive, and the conversation went well.

The process itself struck me as smooth and efficient, with no feeling of dragging or getting stuck between steps. It didn’t feel like there were unnecessary hurdles or confusion about what was happening.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience didn’t leave a sour taste in my mouth—mainly because the people I spoke with and the overall flow felt organized and straightforward. Looking back, I was left with the impression that the process itself was well-run even though the final decision didn’t go my way.
