I was contacted after my CV was pulled from a job-search portal, and the process felt smooth from the start.

I ended up going through three rounds of interviews.

Two of those rounds were online, and the last one was face-to-face. The overall difficulty landed in the average range, and the structure felt fairly standard—online screens progressing toward an in-person conversation.

Even with that smooth progression, I didn’t receive an offer. Still, what stood out was how cleanly the scheduling and steps were handled compared to more chaotic loops I’ve seen.
