Recruiting reached out to me after they said my resume impressed them.

They then sent me a HackerRank test to complete. Once I submitted it, I waited and heard back after a few business days.

The difficulty felt on the harder side overall, largely because of how that first technical screen set the tone for the process. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the overall flow—resume review, then HackerRank, then a response a few days later—felt straightforward and organized.

What surprised me was just how quickly they moved from resume to test, and then how long the wait felt afterward before the final word.
