After my recruiter call, I had a second interview that felt pretty calm and low-pressure.

The questions in that call were mostly basic, and the vibe was more about seeing how I thought than trying to catch me off guard.

Then I moved into a “nice” live interview where I felt really comfortable and genuinely engaged. The questions stayed within reach: there was a blend of technical topics and management-oriented questions, so it wasn’t only about coding or only about leadership. That mix made the round feel balanced, and I left it feeling upbeat even though I didn’t end up getting an offer.
