My process started off with major issues around communication and timing.

After several interviews—around five—I was finally scheduled to meet a VP, but he didn’t show up. I reached out, and he was rescheduled, but again he stood me up and nothing changed. When I contacted the recruiter multiple times afterward, I either received no response or only a message that the role was filled.

What made it especially frustrating was the lack of any clear explanation. There wasn’t much detail about steps, timelines, or what was happening behind the scenes, just a pattern of waiting for weeks and then being contacted again as if the situation was restarting from scratch.
