I started with an online assessment that included three LeetCode-style problems.

After that, I moved into an online interview with a senior engineer where I had to solve a problem similar to the assessment questions, and then answer basic questions around OOP, data structures, and algorithms.

The process felt like a clean progression from evaluation to follow-up discussion, with the interview leaning on the same skill set the assessment measured. I didn’t get an offer, but the structure was clear enough to understand what they were trying to validate: whether I could translate the coding practice into a live problem-solving conversation.
