UiPath Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

CanadaPosted Nov 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a recruiter conversation where I was told an offer would be coming.

The momentum felt positive for a while.

After that, I went through a visa assessment step, including multiple follow-up emails to confirm documents. I kept investing time and energy because the communication suggested I was still moving forward.

But eventually, I got a standard rejection letter without any real explanation or even a phone call. It felt especially careless given how many check-ins happened after the interview. I also had the sense that some of the people I interacted with seemed stressed, and it made the experience emotionally heavy.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer.
