After applying through the company website, I had a phone interview first.

About three weeks later, I was invited to an onsite interview that lasted around three hours, and it felt tightly packed.

Onsite, I went through two panel interviews, then delivered a presentation. After that, I toured the labs, and I also had an informal chat with team members over coffee. The overall vibe was that they moved through a lot in a short window, so I had to stay focused across both the more formal evaluation and the lighter conversations.
