Cambridge, MAPosted Dec 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Because of COVID-19, the entire process was virtual.

My first contact was with Talent Acquisition, followed by a phone interview with the team manager. After that, my second interview turned into a two-day process.

It started with an hour-long presentation, and then I spoke with team members of the group as well as other company scientists. Even though it was virtual, the two-day format made it feel immersive, and I remember it being a bit intense in a good, comprehensive way—like they wanted to see how I communicated and how I connected with the broader scientific team.
