I had several interviews across different teams and team members, and the conversations stayed deeply focused on science.

I was asked a lot about my own research and skills, plus what I’d done recently in terms of advances in the field and the techniques I used.

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, and I remember having genuinely engaging scientific discussions rather than just answering surface-level questions. The tone made it feel like they wanted to understand my work in detail, and that helped the process feel more like collaboration than evaluation.
