I interviewed for a UBS Financial Analyst role through tests that preceded a recruiter chat, and it covered a variety of question types.

Application + online tests — After applying, I completed behavioural and cognitive online tests.
Recruiter interview (Teams) — I had one face-to-face interview on Teams with two recruiters.
Mixed question formats — The interview included a range of question types and it went well. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the recruiter interaction was positive and varied.
