For this UBS Global Markets off-cycle route, my process centered on CV screening and online tests, then moved directly to an assessment centre.

CV + online assessment — I completed an online assessment covering numerica/reasoning, inductive reasoning, and an SJT.
Automatic selection — There was an automatic shortlisting/hire-vue trigger based on OA benchmarks.
Assessment centre — I attended an assessment centre.
No additional interviews — I wasn’t invited to an in-person or phone interview for this off-cycle Global Markets track in Milan. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that the process was benchmark-driven and largely test-based.
