A Ubisoft recruiter reached out directly and stayed informative throughout my process.

The interviews were conducted by friendly interviewers who communicated well and asked thoughtful questions.

The overall difficulty was average, and the experience felt professional and well organized. The main difference-maker was that the recruiter gave enough context to understand what was happening and what the role involved. Even with that, I didn’t receive an offer, but I felt the people I spoke with were genuinely engaged and insightful.
