I thought the interview process was good and not especially difficult.

They tested fundamentals, and the structure was a three-step process.

Even with how manageable it felt, there was a sense of frustration because the platform or process seemed to make it harder to trust what was being evaluated—basically like it was forcing details you didn’t just get for free, and it was tied to the minimum writing or response requirements. It didn’t lead to an offer, but overall the technical bar felt accessible.
