My process started with a motivation letter just to gain access to the technical test.

After that, I had a phone interview, and then I got the programming days themselves, where I completed an exercise and then had an interview the next day.

The details I have were mostly about the sequence rather than the technical content, but the overall shape was clearly staged and time-concentrated. I didn’t receive an offer, and I remember it as an average-difficulty experience mainly because it required sustained effort across the test and the follow-up interview.
