Ubisoft Software Engineer interview experience

It took around a month just to get a response to the initial request, and then after each interview I had to reach out again about two weeks later to request the next update.

The difficulty wasn’t the main issue here; the real problem was the timeline and the amount of chasing required to get any movement. Each step felt like it could have been coordinated better, but instead it turned into repeated follow-ups. I didn’t receive an offer, and the long gaps were what made the whole process feel exhausting.
