My process started with some casual conversations to get to know each other, then I had a short English proficiency test and a programming test.

The programming part focused on building a Unity video game prototype.

Two senior programmers reviewed what I made, and after that we had a pleasant discussion about the code. The whole thing felt average in difficulty—not trivial, but not brutal either—and the prototype review made it feel more hands-on than just abstract coding questions. I didn’t receive an offer, but the discussion afterward left me feeling like my work was genuinely considered.
