My process started with a phone screening with HR, then a test task where I was asked to build a racing game with a lot of features.

After that, I had a long interview with the HR department, and then I did a fun and interesting interview with the development team.

The difficulty felt easy for me overall, and the experience ended with an offer. But even when they offered, they told me the salary for the vacancy would be about 20% less than what I requested, and I refused it. So even though I reached the offer stage, the mismatch in compensation meant it didn’t work out.
