Ubisoft Software Engineer interview experience

There were three stages: first an HR conversation, then a call with the hiring team, and finally a technical interview with the same team again.

The difficulty level was average, but what made it feel positive was how enjoyable the technical stage was. Even when it was still work, the interviewers came across as friendly and the conversation felt natural rather than stressful. I didn’t end up getting an offer, though the process itself felt well-run and respectful of my time.
