The first interview was with a general recruiter.

It was mainly about first impressions and my personal motivation, and then I moved into a developer interview with the person who would be my superior. That second conversation asked for more detail about my technical expertise.

After those interviews, I had to complete a programming test that took me about two days. The overall difficulty was easy, and the process felt organized in terms of moving from motivation to technical depth to an actual coding task. I didn’t receive an offer, but I felt like the evaluation matched the steps they laid out.
