I applied through LinkedIn and was routed to Uber’s careers page.

The application felt straightforward—resume only, no cover letter—and the rest of the experience section was quick to fill out.

Shortly after, I got invited to an online assessment. The process was smooth overall, and the communication was clear.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the early stages felt organized and low-friction. The main concrete moment I remember is that clean application flow and then the jump to the assessment, with no messy back-and-forth.
