Uber Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

IndiaPosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an HLD interview at Uber as the first round, and it felt like it should have come with clearer next steps.

The recruiter didn’t have any feedback or updates after the interview.

No news came through, and the lack of communication dragged out longer than expected. Even though the round was done, the process felt stuck because I had nothing concrete to react to.

My reflection was mostly about the silence: the interview itself was just one part of it, but the uncertainty after the fact made the whole experience feel unfinished.
