Uber Software Engineer interview experience

I spent about an hour writing the DSA solution there, and the overall experience was surprisingly good.

The tone was constructive, and the main challenge was staying focused while building the solution in that environment. It also made it clear that they expected solid practice, because the problems felt like the kind you’d need familiarity with to move quickly.

I didn’t receive an offer, though I left feeling like the session itself was fair and focused. The part I remember most was that it pushed me back toward more deliberate practice of LeetCode-style blind DSA problems.
