My interviews had a pretty comprehensive shape.

I started with a talent-focused interview, then I met the hiring manager. After that, I had two interviews with other team members, and each of those included mini cases.

The capstone was a case presentation where I was given a full week to prepare. Even though it didn’t end with an offer, the structure was clear: they moved from background discussions into increasingly applied problem-solving, and then expected me to deliver a polished presentation after a meaningful prep window.
