My Uber process felt really calm and well managed.

It was heavily focused on LeetCode-style algorithms, and they responded to questions over email while the process was underway. Everything stayed within the planned timeline.

The problems themselves felt reasonable, and the interviews didn’t feel chaotic or overly stressful. I walked away from each stage feeling like I understood what they were evaluating and how the rounds were supposed to go.

This one actually turned into an offer, and the overall tone—smooth communication and manageable technical scope—made the experience stand out.
