San Francisco, CAPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview day was structured as two timed conversations.

The first lasted about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and it was more of a discussion: I talked through previous projects, technical challenges, and my experience. It felt like they wanted depth and clarity rather than quick answers.

Then the second part shifted into a more practical problem-solving session—about 40 minutes—where I had to solve a coding and problem-solving exercise. The day ended without an offer, but I appreciated that it wasn’t only one kind of evaluation; it split the day between how I thought about my experience and how I performed under an actual coding task.
