San Francisco, CAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I moved through a pretty fast, campus-style process where the big turning point was passing the OA.

The assessment felt manageable, and after I got the result back, I ended up with an offer.

The interview loop was the part that surprised me in a good way: I had two technical rounds in the same day, and each one mixed coding in a LeetCode-like style with behavioral prompts. The coding questions were roughly in the easy to medium range. I didn’t feel grilled or stalled, and the whole vibe stayed pretty relaxed.

After the two rounds, a recruiter call wrapped things up with offer details. Overall it felt unusually smooth for Uber—passing the OA and then doing two calm, structured rounds
