For the Operations Manager role in Eastern Europe, I went through five rounds.

After the second round, they scheduled two more interviews plus a case study presentation, so I ended up having to go through everything all the way to the end rather than skipping ahead.

The elimination happened after the presentation. The rounds themselves were demanding enough, but the later-stage case presentation was the real deciding point for me. I didn’t get an offer, and I left feeling that the end stage required a lot of time and energy only to close out the process immediately afterward.
