The process felt transparent and calm.

It began with a quick conversation with the recruiter, followed by a discussion with the manager. After that, I completed a business case at home and then presented it to a panel, where they asked questions.

Even with the case component, everyone I spoke with was polite, and the interaction style stayed friendly throughout. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience didn’t feel tense or chaotic—it felt well-managed and respectful from round to round.
