First there was an OA, and once I passed, I got invited into a phone screen round with a recruiter.

After that, I was brought into an onsite with multiple interviewers, and then—if I passed that stage—a recruiter would reach out.

The description of the process stayed consistent from recruiter messaging to the structure of the onsite. It felt like there were clear gates, and each step depended on moving forward from the previous one.

I ended up receiving an offer, so the process clearly aligned with what they were screening for. The main reflection I had was that the stages were straightforward and decisive, with a clear “advance or not” rhythm rather than lots of vague waiting.
